Cookie Policy

Last Updated: April 28, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on stellicode.com, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your browser, remember preferences, and operate securely. "Similar technologies" — such as localStorage and pixel tags — are treated the same way under this policy.

2. Cookies We Use

This is a marketing website with no user accounts and no advertising trackers. We use a deliberately small set of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — session & security. Laravel sets a laravel_session cookie and an XSRF-TOKEN cookie to keep your session secure and to protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Both are set as HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax where applicable. Lifetime: up to 2 hours.
  • Strictly necessary — abuse prevention. When you visit our contact page, Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies (such as _GRECAPTCHA) to detect automated abuse. These are required for the contact form to work. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social-media trackers, or third-party analytics on this site. We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any equivalent.

3. Other Third-Party Requests

Some pages load resources from third parties that may, in turn, set cookies on your browser through their own infrastructure:

  • Google Fonts — serves the Inter and Montserrat typefaces. Google Fonts itself does not set cookies, but your browser does send your IP address to Google's servers when fetching font files.
  • Google reCAPTCHA — loaded on the contact page only. See above.

These services have their own privacy notices, and we encourage you to review them.

4. Managing Cookies

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also offer an "incognito" or "private" mode that does not retain cookies between sessions. Helpful guides:

Note: blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the contact form from submitting and may cause other parts of the site to behave unexpectedly.

5. Do Not Track

Because we do not track users for advertising or analytics, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices change. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Please review this page periodically.
